Fair Finance is committed to conducting business with integrity, transparency, and the highest ethical standards. We have a zero-tolerance approach to bribery and corruption and are fully committed to complying with the UK Bribery Act 2010, as well as all other applicable laws and regulations relating to anti-bribery and corruption.

Our Commitment:

  1. Zero Tolerance – We strictly prohibit any form of bribery, including offering, promising, giving, requesting, or accepting anything of value to gain an improper advantage.
  2. Compliance with Laws – We ensure full compliance with all relevant anti-bribery and corruption laws and regulations, including the UK Bribery Act 2010.
  3. Transparency and Accountability – We promote a culture of transparency and encourage our employees, agents, and business partners to act with honesty and integrity at all times.
  4. Gifts and Hospitality – Fair Finance requires any employee who is offered any kind of gift or payment with value of at least £50 to report this to the firm’s Compliance Lead, who is the firm’s nominated officer, for recording on the Gifts & Hospitality Register. Multiple gifts with aggregate value of at least £50 also need to be reported to the firm’s Compliance Lead. We do not allow gifts, hospitality, or other advantages that could improperly influence business decisions or create a conflict of interest.
  5. Due Diligence – We conduct thorough due diligence on third parties, suppliers, and business partners to mitigate bribery and corruption risks.
  6. Reporting and Whistleblowing – We encourage employees and stakeholders to report any suspected incidents of bribery or corruption. Concerns can be raised confidentially through our designated reporting channels without fear of retaliation.
  7. Training and Awareness – We provide regular training to employees to ensure they understand their responsibilities in preventing bribery and corruption.
